Hello I’m Sinadia!
I’m a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Florida and seeking to obtain licensure in Georgia and New York soon.
I am a mother of two beautiful children, one of which spent time in the NICU, I’m the aunt that spoils her sister’s kids, and, I’m a self-care advocate. To me, all those roles are equally important because they create a balance in my life and for the work that I do.
For most of my career as a professional, I have worked with single and pregnant mothers battling addictions, persons with co-occurring disorders, women with past physical and sexual trauma, and those suffering from anxiety and depression diagnosis.
I am truly a people person and love when girls and women see the positive changes within themselves as a result of their dedication to healing. That is one of the main
reasons I love the work that I do.
In my spare time I enjoy exercise, reading, absolutely love gourmet cooking, trying out new recipes, spending time with my family, listening to music, and traveling.
